In consideration of being accepted for membership, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LMVA and LMVYC, their officers, clients, agents, or employees from liability or claim or action for damage from or in any way arising out of participation in any program by the member, their family, and/or guests.

I also understand and agree that as Regular Members, we are required to serve as hospitality crew for one event every two years, which involves approximately 3 hours of service. This may include event setup, cleanup, or food preparation on behalf of the Event Chair at a monthly regatta.
